Question - To what extent was the Paris Peace Treaty successful in its ultimate goal of preventing a second World War? (your class may have question that is slightly different)

Tips:
- Address both sides
- 3-5 body paragraphs
- ideally a "for and against" ratio of 4:1
- introduction should have key vocabulary "overwhelming" and  "however"
- top marks will have plenty of factual detail
- top marks will have a well developed "voice" and or point of view

You must have the following ready for next class:
Full introduction
Topic sentence for each body paragraph
Full conclusion

Note - Although this is the minimum for next class I recommend that that you write a full essay as this will serve as helpful preparation for your unit exam essay later in the week.

Students will mark a friends essay next class using the above criteria in addition to the peer evaluation sheet.
